Training needs definition

Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Through direct discussion with representatives from the business side, PA&P’s team of experts will conduct analysis and identify training needs

In-depth interview: After identifying the initial needs with representatives of the business, PA&P’s team of experts will conduct an in-depth interview with each learner to learn more about the status quo as well as desires in the actual work.

DESIGNING COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING SOLUTIONS

Base on the currently situation of Enterprise and participants, PA&P’s team of experts will design solutions as well as training roadmaps that are most mapping with the expected outcomes and getting highly application of changing Mindset – Attitude – Behaviors – Skills to optimized efficiency in work

Combining the expectations and practical situations of businesses and learners, real-world situations and highly applied training methods from changing mindsets, attitudes, behaviors and skills to achieve the highest training results.

IMPLEMENTATION AND PRACTICE IN TRAINING

By combining diversity of activities throughout the course, giving the pilot situations to create opportunities for learners to practice and be constantly revised to help learners see strengths – points to improve. Thereby, the learners will “consciously” change their thinking – attitudes and “proactively” deploy the Individual Development Plan (IDP)

EVALUATION AND SUPPORT FOR POST - TRAINING APPLICATIONS

Depends on the Individual Development Plan (IDP), PA&P’s Training board will conduct training evaluation and application supporting for learners:

  • Survey the content sessions that had learned
  • Survey the learner’s applications commitment
  • Application supporting in the reality work (Coordinate with HR/L&D Dept)
